Advanced Services Workshop

Event Overview

The Advanced Services Workshop was hosted by Community Pharmacy South Yorkshire (CPSY) in collaboration with the South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the South Yorkshire Community Pharmacy Forum. The workshop aimed to support pharmacy professionals in optimising their delivery of National Advanced Services under the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework. See the full Agenda here 

We were fortunate to have a range of expert speakers, both external and internal, who led insightful and engaging sessions:

• External speakers from CPPE and Pennine ACT delivered invaluable sessions on the Pharmacy Contraception Service and Leadership in Community Pharmacy.
• Internal speakers from the ICB (Claire Thomas – Hypertension Case-finding Service) and CPSY (Vicki Roberts and Shammi Khosla – Pharmacy First Service) shared their expertise and experiences.

Exclusive Resource Pack

Attendees at the event received an exclusive Resource Pack that included posters, leaflets, and practical tools designed to enhance service delivery and improve patient engagement.

Prize Giveaway

All South Yorkshire attendees were entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three amazing prizes! The raffle was drawn after the main event concluded.
