Stephen Pollock

I qualified as a pharmacist in 2008 with Weldricks, after graduating from The University of Nottingham. I worked for Weldricks for many years, progressing up to area manager, covering pharmacies across the whole of the South Yorkshire Area. In 2022 I moved to a single independent pharmacy.

I have been an LPC member for many years, starting as an AIM representative on Barnsley LPC, and then moved to an independent representative when I changed jobs. I was elected as an independent member of CPSY when the four South Yorkshire LPCs merged and have been treasurer of the LPC since April 2024. My key focus as an LPC member and treasurer is to ensure that contractors are getting value for money from their levies, and ensuring that as an LPC we are doing all we can to help with the current issues in pharmacy.
