Barnsley Education Support & Training
What is BEST?
BEST stands for Barnsley Education Support and Training. BEST events are funded by the ICB place (formerly known as Barnsley CCG) and are ran by the Barnsley GP Federation. The events are intended to maximise the benefits to the Barnsley health community of commissioned services both national and local. BEST events are aimed at anyone providing services to Barnsley patients. This includes those pharmacies on the borders who may have previously fallen into another LPC but are signed up to deliver services to Barnsley patients.
Pharmacy colleagues outside the Barnsley area, who do not provide services to Barnsley patients are welcome to attend, however are reminded that information specific to a Barnsley place commissioned service will not apply to them.
