Hazardous/Clinical Waste Management

From April 2026 South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) implemented a new contract for the collection and disposal of clinical waste from primary care providers.

The contract is managed on behalf of the ICB by Anenta Ltd, who act as the contract management and service support provider. This means that Anenta should be your first point of contact for all clinical waste queries.

This includes:

• Missed collections
• Requests for additional collections
• Requests for replacement or additional waste containers
• Changes to your service
• General clinical waste enquiries or support

Please do not contact the waste collection provider directly, as all service requests and contract queries are managed through Anenta.

You can contact Anenta and discuss any aspect of the eservice through two channels set out below.
