Self Evaluation

The Community Pharmacy England (CPE) self-evaluation tool for Local Pharmacy Committees(LPCs) is a performance management framework designed to help LPCs assess how effectively they operate. It supports review across key areas such as governance, strategic planning, management, and contractor support. Using clear rating criteria, the tool helps identify strengths as well as areas for improvement. It is regularly updated to reflect changes in the NHS landscape and provides a consistent approach to strengthening LPC credibility and ensuring high-quality support and service delivery for local pharmacy contractors.
