Community Pharmacy South Yorkshire: Notice of AGM & voting for annual accounts & Amendments to the South Yorkshire LPC Constitution

In accordance with the provisions of the LPC constitution the LPC committee have prepared a report of its proceedings together with a statement of accounts.  These are being circulated to all pharmacy contractors within six months of the completion of the period to which the report relates to. The information and voting forms for the AGM will be sent to the pharmacies shared NHS mailbox from info@cpsy.org.uk.

At this meeting we are also seeking approval for Amendments to the South Yorkshire LPC Constitution, attached to the e-mail above will be the constitution changes explainer July 2026 and CPSY Model Constitution and Rules Revised July 2026.

We are convening the AGM on Wednesday 23rd September at 1pm Holiday Inn Rotherham- Sheffield, Jn 33 M1, West Bawtry Road, Rotherham S60 2XL and hereby providing you with at least 30 days notice.
