Smoking Cessation
Following the award of the contract from October 2023 Rotherham Public Health Connect Healthcare are now delivering smoking cessation. Parkwood are no longer providing this service in Rotherham.
Self-Referrals
Patients can self-refer via the website and complete a self-referral form.

Professional Referrals
Patients can be referred to the service directly via rotherham.healthwave@nhs.net
All referral pathways into the service are secure.
Upon receipt of a referral, Rotherham Healthwave staff will carry out a holistic lifestyle assessment of the patient and support them throughout a structure behaviour change intervention appropriate to their circumstances.
The Rotherham Healthwave is commissioned by Rotherham Borough Council and provided by Connect Healthcare.
